Behavior
The behavior parameter sets the level of redaction for a project.
Default – Just the identified information
Conservative – 2 words before or after the identified information
Moderate – 5 words before or after the identified information
Aggressive – The entire utterance
This functionality gives you the ability to set how calls are redacted based on their risk tolerance.
