Redaction Options

With Redaction Options, you gain the flexibility to tailor the redaction process when an Insight is triggered.

Insight Options allow you to customize the aggressiveness of the redaction when processing an Insight.

Redaction functionality works in the same fashion as Mask Options.

Type

Numbers - If Redact Before or After is greater than zero, only redact the specified number of numeric values before the identified text.

Words - If Redact Before or After is greater than zero, only redact the specified number of words before the identified text.

All - Redacts both words and numbers.

Audio

When activated, it redacts the audio corresponding to the triggered insight and/or response.

Text

When activated, it redacts the text corresponding to the triggered insight and/or response.
